Important Information

Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.

Property Access

  • There are six steps down to enter the home.
  • Most of the roads are paved, but the last half a mile is a narrow, steep, gravel road. AWD/4WD are encouraged year round. In times of snow and ice, 4WD and the addition of chains may be required to access the home.

Policies and Rules

  • This home is pet friendly and allows up to 2 mature, well trained dogs with pet rent of $25 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs not permitted.
  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum age: 25 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.

Fees and Payments

  • Pet rent of $25 per pet per night plus tax (dogs only; up to 2 mature, well trained dogs).
  • Firewood may be added at the time of booking or by reaching out more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles of kiln-dried wood and firestarters for $25/night plus tax.
  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Parking Information

  • The driveway and parking area are gravel and allow parking for 2 vehicles.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals.
  • There is a starter set of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
  • Hair dryers are not provided.
  • Towels and linens will be provided.
  • High-speed internet is available.
  • Clothes washing machine and dryer are available.
  • Dishwasher is available.
  • Pool table and hot tub are available.
  • Free parking is available.
  • Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector are present.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals.

Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
  • Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
  • Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
